NO. Bentwood does not have a Homeowner Association. Bentwood Estates abide by deed restrictions by which properties are charged an Annual Common Area Maintenance Fee.

2. Can we fish in the ponds on Bentwood Properties?
Fishing in ponds is only permitted with special permission from the Country Club. Email requests for fishing to

3. Are the Apartment Complexes in the neighborhood part of Bentwood Estates?
NO. The apartment complexes in the neighborhood are
NOT part of Bentwood Estates.
4. Where do we report stray animals in the neighborhood?
Please report any loose/stray animals to San Angelo Animal Services.
5. Where do I get my mailbox set up?
Mail boxes for the division are controlled by the US Postal Services located on Loop 306.
Keys to Mail boxes are also issued by the Post Office. All inquiries relative to mail must be addressed by the Post Office.
Additional Basic Info:
1. Underage golf cart operation is
ILLEGAL and NOT ALLOWED at any time anywhere in Bentwood Estates. Should you witness underage driving on the streets please call
SAPD, NOT the country club, as it is a matter for law enforcement.
2. Walking on the Golf Course is
NOT ALLOWED.
3. No trucks having a rated carrying capacity exceeding one ton, and no trailer, boat, bus, camper, golf cart, all terrain vehicle, or so-called recreational vehicle or any similar equipment shall be parked, stored, or maintained on any Plot in such a way as to be visible from any street or from the golf course or country club facility.
